Understanding The Salon Policy 

At Hairbysarahjane we strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our salon policies. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident when booking your appointment with us.

Cancellation policy

 

To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost at the end of your appointment.

 

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit can be transferred to your next booking.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, and a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service may apply.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, this policy helps compensate for lost appointment time and allows us to avoid empty booking slots.

 

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

No-show policy

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged. I understand that things can happen, but a no-show prevents other clients from booking that time slot and impacts me. I send out reminder emails and SMS messages to help you remember your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late policy

As Hairbysarahjane is a solo operation, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling or adjusting your service to fit within the remaining time. This helps me stay on schedule for all my clients and deliver the best possible results. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I completely understand that life happens!
