Understanding The Salon Policy
At Hairbysarahjane we strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our salon policies. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident when booking your appointment with us.

Cancellation policy
Upon booking online, a deposit of 30% of your service fee is required. This amount will be deducted from your total at the end of your appointment. However, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but this policy allows us to compensate for for my time and helps me avoid empty appointment slots.
Regarding deposit refunds, please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or in the event of a no-show.

No-show policy
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the service fee will be charged. I understand that things can happen, but a no-show prevents other clients from booking that time slot and impacts me. I send out reminder emails and SMS messages to help you remember your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late policy
As Hairbysarahjane is a solo operation, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling or adjusting your service to fit within the remaining time. This helps me stay on schedule for all my clients and deliver the best possible results. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I completely understand that life happens!
